Eu liberto meus pais da sensação de que eles já falharam comigo.

Libero meus filhos da necessidade de me orgulhar; para que escrevam seus próprios caminhos de acordo com seus corações, que sussurram o tempo todo em seus ouvidos.

Eu liberto meu parceiro da obrigação de me completar. Não me falta nada, aprendo com todos os seres.

Agradeço aos meus avós e antepassados que se reuniram para que hoje eu possa respirar vida. Eu os liberto dos fracassos do passado e dos desejos não realizados, consciente de que eles fizeram o possível para resolver suas situações dentro da consciência que tinham naquele momento. Eu te honro, te amo e te reconheço como inocente.

Sou transparente diante de seus olhos, para que saibam que não escondo nem devo nada além de ser fiel a mim mesmo e à minha própria existência, que caminhando com a sabedoria do coração, tenho consciência de que realizo meu projeto de vida, livre das lealdades familiares invisíveis e visíveis que possam perturbar a minha Paz e Felicidade, que são as minhas únicas responsabilidades.

Renuncio ao papel de salvador, de ser aquele que une ou cumpre as expectativas dos outros.

Aprendendo através, e somente através, do AMOR, abençoo a minha essência, a minha forma de me expressar, mesmo que alguém não me entenda.

Eu me compreendo, porque só eu vivi e experimentei a minha história; porque eu me conheço, sei quem sou, o que sinto, o que faço e por que faço.

Eu me respeito e me aprovo.

Eu honro a Divindade em mim e em você.

I release my parents from the feeling that they have already failed me.

I release my children from the need to bring pride to me; that they may write their own ways according to their hearts, that whisper all the time in their ears.

I release my partner from the obligation to complete myself. I do not lack anything, I learn with all beings.

I thank my grandparents and forefathers who have gathered so that I can breathe life today. I release them from past failures and unfulfilled desires, aware that they have done their best to resolve their situations within the consciousness they had at that moment. I honor you, I love you and I recognize you as innocent.

I am transparent before your eyes, so they know that I do not hide or owe anything other than being true to myself and to my very existence, that walking with the wisdom of the heart, I am aware that I fulfill my life project, free from invisible and visible family loyalties that might disturb my Peace and Happiness, which are my only responsibilities.

I renounce the role of savior, of being one who unites or fulfills the expectations of others.

Learning through, and only through, LOVE, I bless my essence, my way of expressing, even though somebody may not understand me.

I understand myself, because I alone have lived and experienced my history; because I know myself, I know who I am, what I feel, what I do and why I do it.

I respect and approve myself.

I honor the Divinity in me and in you.
